HSE STAFF (JAKARTA OFFICE PLACEMENT)
Code : HSE

Will be handling and controlling document CSMS, SMK3, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and HSE Procedures.

S1 graduate of Health and Safety Engineering (K3) or similar faculties.
Male / Female, 24-30 years old.
Minimum 1 years experience as safety officer.
Having AK3 Umum or AK3 Migas certificate is preferred.
Familiar with SMK3, JSA and CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System).
Understand Safety and Environmental regulation.
Knowledge of HSE Procedures.
Having a good personality, able to communicate professionally to all parties.
Fluent English both oral & written.

 

MARKETING STAFF (OSCT JAKARTA OFFICE PLACEMENT)
Code: MKT

Will be marketing rental of oil spill response equipment and services to 200 oil & gas companies and private companies in Indonesia and around the World.

D3/S1 graduate, background in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar faculties Male/Female , SINGLE, 22 – 30 years old.
Innovative, communicative, with a good personality, and excellent negotiation skills.
Enjoys making new acquaintances and wide networking.
Excellent in making business proposals, preparing presentation materials and sales presentations.
Good looking and well presented.
Commission intensive.
Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
Willing to travel to offshore-platforms & remote locations in Indonesia & abroad.
Fluent in English, both oral & written.

 

OIL SPILL COMBAT CONSULTANT (OSCT JAKARTA Office)
CODE: OSCAT

Will be making oil spill contingency plans to protrect Indonesia’s natural environment with the lastest technology.

S1 graduate of Marine Science, Oceanography, or Mechanical Engineering.
FEMALE/MALE, single, 23 – 30 years old.
Able to make project report.
Having a good level of accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients.
Able to work under pressure and able to meet targets.
Willing to travel to offshore-platforms and remote locations around Indonesia & abroad.
Height above 165 cm preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
Fluent in English, both oral & written.

 

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN (JAKARTA OFFICE PLACEMENT)
Code: PAC

Will be assisting management and Chairman with minutes of meetings, schedules, events, clients, special projects and coordinating work program with other departments.

D3/S1 graduate from reputable University, majoring in Secretary or similar faculties.
Having minimum of 3 years working experience as Personal Assistant include experience with Initial Public Offering (IPO).
FEMALE, 25 – 35 years old.
Provide personal assistance and secretarial support to the Chairman.
Manage and diaries online, co-ordinate and set up meetings.
Good Looking, Communication and excellent interpersonal skill.
Good manner, helpful, neat and has great office etiquette.
Computer literate is a must (Ms. Office).

COMMAND CENTRE EMERGENCY CALL OPERATOR
(CIKARANG HEADQUARTERS Placement)

Will be standby handling daily and emergency calls and supporting operations for combating oil spills to protect Indonesia’s natural environment.

Handling inventory list of all equipment such as, satelite phone, laptop, GPS, etc.
Monitoring all bases & projects and make summary report everyday.
Innovative, communicative, with a good personality.
Good Command in English (oral/conversation).
Min. D3 Komunikasi, background in Communication or similar faculties.
MINIMUM 2 YEARS Experience in CALL CENTER or Related Field.
3 SHIFTS AVAILABLE (SHIFT 1 06.00 – 14:00), (SHIFT 2: 14:00 – 22:00), (SHIFT 3: 22:00 –06:00).
FEMALE preferred for SHIFT 1. MALE preferred for SHIFT 2 and SHIFT .3
Age 20-30 years old.
