Job description

Taking care of HSE day to day operations ensuring teamwork, high performance standards and targets are met.

Lead and facilitate the development of implementing the Valmet corporate HSE policies locally.

Maintain, review and update the HSE policies.

Ensure development of effective Emergency Response Plans.

Develop and conduct appropriate HSE trainings.

Contributing to the development and maintenance of the Company’s safety strategy, and Health, Safety and Environment Management System, including the Risk Management System and frameworks.

Conducting critical safety investigations, site safety audits, and providing relevant feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

University qualification in Safety or Environment.

Understands Indonesian legislative and other requirements in relation to safety and environment.

Experience of dealing with external authorities in safety and environment issues and site establishment process.

Proven experience of having HSE systems implemented in organization with variety of scope of work (manufacturing, project, construction, warehouse, sales, etc.) different sizes;

Has been involved in developing, Implementing and maintaining Safety and Environment management systems as per OHSAS18001 and ISO14001.
